WTF?
BBC NEWS | Politics | Regret over terror link's release:
"The detainee, known only as 'G', said his detention without trial for more than two years had made him psychotic. "
And that's a good reason to release him? There are many reasons he could have been released, for instance the fact that no-one has offered any proof as to why he was being detained, but 'being psychotic' is not one of them.
